My Story
There was a time when the life Tamera lives today was only a dream. Freedom to raise her family with more presence.
Freedom to travel. Freedom to work from anywhere. Freedom to build wealth outside of a traditional path.
Freedom to spend her days doing work she loves and helping others see what is possible for their own lives.
"Real estate was the vehicle that helped make that dream possible".
But the journey was never built alone. Tamera’s story is one of faith, mentorship, family, persistence, and a deep belief that when God opens a door, you still have to be willing to walk through it.

At just 20 years old, Tamera built her first multi-million-dollar company. Years later, after a major life and business transition, she began searching for a new direction — something that could create income, flexibility, purpose, and long-term freedom. That search led her to real estate investing.
Her first deal came from a simple letter mailed to a homeowner who needed a solution. The property was distressed, the situation was emotional, and the process was new. It was not perfect. It was not glamorous. But it was real. That first deal produced a huge profit — and more importantly, it opened her eyes to what real estate could do.
Since 2003, Tamera has completed hundreds of real estate deals, with experience in single-family and multi-family flips and rentals, often using creative no-money-down strategies. She has invested through changing markets, learned from mistakes, built systems, worked with mentors, leaned on faith, and kept moving forward even when the path was not easy.
One of her favorite quotes comes from Winston Churchill’s 1941 speech — words that helped shape the grit and persistence behind her journey:

“Never give in. Never give in. Never, never, never, never — in nothing, great or small, large or petty —
never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense.
Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”

That belief has shaped both her business and the way she helps others.
Because real estate success is not only for people born with a silver spoon, inherited skill, unlimited resources, or all the answers already figured out.

It is built through Strategy — learning from mentors, asking better questions, understanding the numbers, and using proven systems instead of guessing.
It is built through Consistent Action — taking the next step, making the call, sending the offer, following up, and doing the work even when it feels uncomfortable.
And it is built through Confidence — the kind that only comes from taking the steps, falling down, standing back up, learning from it, and doing it again.
Today, Tamera continues to actively invest in single-family flips and rentals while helping others learn how to find opportunities, structure creative deals, use practical tools, and build momentum through real estate investing.

Beyond The Business
Behind the business, Tamera's life is rooted in a simple order:

She has been married to Tim Aragon for 29 years and is a proud mom to her daughter and son. When she is not investing, coaching, or working on real estate; she loves spending time on the Gulf beaches of Florida, e-biking, kayaking, enjoying time with her horse Windy, and loving on her Yorkie, Daisy.
